Goal Group has announced the appointment of John Binder as VP, Head of Operations, Americas.
John joins our senior management team and takes responsibility for the operational delivery of our market-leading services across the globe.
Based in New York, he will lead our ADR processing, tax reclaims and securities class actions operations team, maintaining close relationships with clients, the DTCC and class action law firms.
John has an impressive record in driving business process improvement, enhancing client satisfaction and optimising team performance, with previous roles including Vice President of Corporate Actions, Pershing LLC, and Vice President of Agency Securities Lending, Deutsche Bank. He is also a past president of the Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association’s Corporate Actions section, and holds an MBA in Corporate Finance.
