Anne joined Goal in 2022 as our Marketing Executive supporting our continual growth and development to meet market demands. Reporting to Vicky Dean, her role involves managing brand communications, co-ordination of events and award nominations as well as day-to-day social media, advertising and increasing brand awareness. She brings a wealth of experience to the team of over 20 years in marketing, both brand and agency side. Her experience is within financial services and companies serving high net worth clients. She holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing Design and has trained as a personal development coach.
Brand Ambassador, EMEA
Daron Pearce is an award-winning industry leader, highly skilled board member and extremely successful chief executive. Prior to founding his consultancy, Daron Pearce Associates, he served as CEO of BNY Mellon Asset Servicing in EMEA, where he had been for over 20 years. Other experience includes providing governance and oversight for top tier US banking and asset management franchises, contributing to a variety of industry bodies and capitalising on experience gained in his previous roles as operations director at Baring Asset Management and Norwich Union Investment Management, as well as head of European master custody at JP Morgan. As our Brand Ambassador, EMEA, Daron will draw on his extensive and well-established network to promote the products and services Goal can offer to the financial services community.
Senior Client Services Manager, EMEA
Lottie joined Goal in 2012 as part of the securities class actions recoveries team. After gaining valuable experience and knowledge, she quickly progressed to a supervisory role and worked with New York, training new staff. In, 2017, she was promoted to Client Services Manager, raising Goal’s overall client satisfaction, and progressing the company’s digital journey. In 2021, Lottie was promoted to Senior Client Services Manager, EMEA. Her role involves enhancing client experiences and strengthening relationships across the company through regular service reviews and day-to-day query handling, as well as assisting with new business development.
Client Services Manager, EMEA
Debbie joined Goal in 2017 with over 25 years’ experience in the banking industry, including client services, securities lending, corporate actions, and project management. Since joining, she has worked in various departments including IT, finance, and client services, but her main role has been managing projects and the rollout of several large initiatives including ADRoit and the introduction of our award nominated cloud-based applications. Debbie has recently assumed the role of client services manager, EMEA, where she is looking forward to being able to work more closely with our clients to nurture and develop the relationships.
Global Director of Client Services
Shane joined Goal in 2020 as director of client services, APAC. With over 25 years of financial industry experience working for companies based in Australia and London, his previous roles have been at Colonial First State Investments, Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust, Lloyd’s Securities Services and most recently at Citi in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he was spearheading the client service team. As director of client services, APAC, Shane is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction throughout the region by supporting our sales efforts and client services managers.
Jennifer re-joined Goal in 2021 as sales support manager, APAC, working in our Melbourne office. She brings with her almost 20 years’ experience within the financial services industry. Having worked in key client services and account management roles at boutique investment management firms and at Bank of New York Mellon, she will continue to use her exceptional client management skills, a passion for improving efficiencies for both clients and internal stakeholders as well subject matter expertise in securities class actions recoveries and withholding tax reclaims.
Conrad De Souza
Client Services Manager, APAC
Conrad joined Goal in February 2023, working remotely in Melbourne. He brings with him 20 years of experience within the financial services industry, where he has worked as a relationship manager for both Citibank Australia and Singapore. Prior to joining Goal, Conrad was the head of client services and settlements at Citi. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team and will provide an exceptional client service experience to all clients and internal stakeholders alike.
Client Services Manager, APAC
Carmen joined Goal in 2021 with over 9 years of experience in the finance and investment banking industry, working for companies including National Australia Bank, MUFG Securities and Vanguard Investments Australia. Prior to joining, Carmen was a senior investment operations’ associate within the reconciliation’s division at Vanguard, where she was able to gain exposure and develop her understanding on corporate and class actions, tax reclaims and trade settlements. As client services manager, APAC, she will be highly committed to building and fostering relationships, ensuring all our clients receive exceptional service and an amazing experience with Goal.
Customer Success Manager
Jose joined Goal in December 2023, working remotely in Michigan. He brings with him over 12 years of experience within the financial services industry, where he has worked as a relationship manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Prior to joining Goal, Jose was a Senior Business Development Manager at Billtrust. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team and will provide an exceptional client service experience to all clients and internal stake holders alike.
