We have launched a new LinkedIn Group – called ‘Goal – Withholding Tax & Class Actions Forum’ – to serve as a discussion and knowledge-sharing forum for all professionals involved in reclaiming withholding tax on cross-border securities and facilitating investors’ participation in securities class actions.
The new group aims to bring our global communities together to share experience and insights on regulatory changes, operational challenges and best practice, and other topical matters facing our members.
It will be hosted by our in-house research team, headed up by Sarah Cooper, Global Head of Research and Product Development, who will lead the conversation and manage the forum.
