Vicky Dean has been appointed as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Nicole Hajj has been promoted to role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Bryan Gray has been elevated to the position of Managing Director for the Asia-Pacific region (MD APAC).
Vicky Dean, formerly Managing Director, EMEA and Global Head of Client Services, has played an instrumental role in driving the company’s revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients. Her promotion to CRO acknowledges her significant contributions to Goal and highlights her ability to deliver exceptional results.
Nicole Hajj, previously serving as Sales Support Manager, Americas, has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and an unwavering commitment to Goal’s success. With her extensive experience in operations management, Nicole is perfectly positioned to steer the company towards even greater heights as COO.
Bryan Gray, a seasoned executive with a deep understanding of the Asia-Pacific market, has been appointed as the Managing Director for APAC. With his proven track record in successfully expanding operations and driving business growth, Bryan is poised to lead Goal’s expansion efforts in the region.
In addition to these promotions, we are delighted to welcome Elliot Howard as the interim CEO of Goal. As a Non-Executive Director (NED) Board Member and Chairman for over six years, Elliot has demonstrated immense dedication and expertise. With an illustrious career spanning 25 years in Fintech and SaaS, Elliot brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new role. Acting as Goal’s interim CEO, Elliot will guide the company with his strategic acumen and exceptional leadership skills.
