Saghar Bigwood | Director of Relationship Management & Product Development
Saghar joined the Company in October 2003 and utilizes her wealth of experience and knowledge of taxation and process management to ensure our clients receive a premier level of service delivery.
Saghar has spent over 20 years in the Securities and Accounting sectors and has previously held senior management roles with Citigroup, Bank of America and DKB.
She has a B.Sc. Honours in Mathematical Sciences from Teesside University and is a Graduate member of the Institute of Mathematics.
Saghar acts as a Deputy to our Managing Director and is actively involved in managing our day-to-day business.
Vincent Davis | Client Services and ISO9001 Quality Manager
Vince joined GOAL in December 2002, bringing over 25 years experience in the securities industry with Barclays Bank and latterly Citigroup.
In his role
as Client Services Manager Vince focuses on initiating and maintaining key
service enhancements and improvements to our rapidly expanding Goal Global
Recoveries Limited (Class Actions) client base.
Pam Keshavarzian | Client Services
Pam recently joined our Client Services team and brings over 6 years experience of Global Custody and Operations from a major global financial institution. Working closely with Vince Davis, it is Pam's mission to ensure that our clients continue to receive a premier level of service.
Pam has a Master of Science degree in Medical Genetics with Immunology from Brunel University.
Linda A Cohen | Operations Manager
Linda joined GOAL in April 2003 as TaxBack Operations Manager. Linda has nearly 25 years experience within the banking and finance sector, in areas such as Financial Institutions, Trade Financing and Commercial Lending. Her last ten years have been spent in securities as a senior manager, dealing with various aspects of Foreign Withholding Tax reclamation.
Ian Green | QA Manager
Ian joined GOAL in July 2003 having gained over 25 years experience in Custody and Securities operations. Prior to joining GOAL Ian was responsible for managing part of the tax reclaims processing area of a major Global Custodian. Ian’s extensive operational knowledge has proved invaluable in our drive to continually improve product quality and service delivery.
