Goal Documentation Management Solution (“GDMS”) is specifically designed to facilitate the handling of withholding tax and relief at source documentation.
GDMS brings control and structured workflows to the process of requesting a document from a client or clients tax authority, receiving it, scanning and storing it and sending to the relevant tax authority, custodian or other recipient. The workflow is fully flexible and can be tailored to meet your bespoke requirements and operational processes.
GDMS is designed to interact with GTRS or clients own in-house databases.
We can readily arrange a Webex or on-site demonstration of GDMS functionality which includes;
- Defining any type of document class, tailoring specific checks to be performed on instances of this document class once received and letters to be generated relative to having POA status etc.
- At a glance status of all document workflows currently in progress against any given client as well as their current valid document set. This includes, but is not limited to, all workflows across any/all clients with any outstanding action in need of immediate attention. For example documentation that has now expired etc.
- Full Audit history for a given document and/or a given client.
- Fully configurable access permissions and verification of all user actions.
- Configurable letter generation; tailored to specific recipients and clients.
- Ability to print and attach documents to email.
- Plug-in client database – can be tailored to specific client database’s not just GTRS.
- Full concurrency and transaction control.
