GTRS is used by several major Global Custodians and Private Banks. GTRS was initially released in 1992 and has been continually enhanced and upgraded since then, making it the market leader in its field. GTRS is a modular system that can be tailored to meet clients’ specific needs from a core system for printing forms, to a highly sophisticated system requiring very little manual intervention.

Class Actions: The service is aimed at persons and entities that have suffered financial loss from dealing in a company's securities, where such losses are a result of that company's mismanagement or unlawful behaviour.

GQI is an electronic tax information and reporting system designed specifically to meet IRS requirements for 1042S and 1099 reporting. It comprises a client/server suite of applications and process management tools which can be linked to mainframe host systems or used standalone.

GOAL e-reclaim is a web-based application accessible from any pc or desktop which makes withholding tax reclamation available on-line to everyone. There is no up-front purchase of software, no contract to sign, and no on-going minimum commitment – simply access the website, key in the requisite details on the easy-to-navigate screens, and once completed we will send you an email with your completed reclaim form in an easy-to-print pdf format.

GOAL TaxBack Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of GOAL) can offer an outsourcing service to perform the reclaims on your behalf. Using our proprietary GTRS system, and with access to all the knowledge and expertise gained through years of experience in the business, we will undertake all the work necessary to recover excess withholding tax suffered on your foreign income.

DMS (Documentation Management System) offers a workflow process which enables users to track the status of each individual document, and also a diary function so users can monitor expiry dates of documents and manage their re-solicitation process accordingly. It is also possible to create a correspondence library within DMS to generate the various different letters that might be required.
