Our team contains highly experienced securities and taxation professionals who utilise their wealth of knowledge to deliver and enhance our service delivery. We are very proud to share some sample biographies with you;
Guy Morton | IT Manager
Guy has over twenty years experience developing processing systems for the securities industry. He has worked at GOAL since 1990 developing and enhancing our solutions to meet client requirements.
He works closely with his team of software engineers, our Operations team and our Management to maintain the quality, effectiveness and stability of GOAL’s solutions. Guy has been a member of MENSA since 1985.
Ian Green | Quality Assurance Manager
Ian joined GOAL in July 2003 having gained over 25 years experience in Custody and Securities operations specialising in settlements, client service, dividends and tax. Ian's extensive operational knowledge has proved invaluable in our quest to continually improve the quality of our products and services by interpreting our clients requirements and developing bespoke solutions accordingly. This continual improvement is an integral element of our ISO9001 accreditation.
Linda A Cohen | Operations Manager
Linda joined GOAL in April 2003 as TaxBack Operations Manager and is now responsible for the entire Operations Team including Class Actions Recovery. Linda has 30 years experience within the banking and finance sector, in areas such as Financial Institutions, Trade Financing and Commercial Lending.
Her last ten years were spent in securities as a senior manager, dealing with various aspects of Foreign Withholding Tax reclamation.
Linda is a long-standing Member of the Securities Institute.
Marie Nimmo
Marie recently joined GOAL and brings a wealth of knowledge and industry experience having spent 24 years working in the Tax and Audit Departments of two global custodians. Marie is a key member of our Operations group and utilizes her considerable experience to ensure a premier service delivery.
Peter Stewart | Operations Analyst
Peter started his career at GOAL in September 2007 and focuses on the processing of our clients class action recoveries.
He joined Goal from Durham University where he graduated with a Bachelors' degree in Philosophy.
Pam Keshavarzian | Audit & Control Analyst
Pam possesses vast experience of Client Services and project management gained within the Global Custody division of a global financial institution. Pam is our primary ISO Quality Manager with the mission to ensure that our clients continue to receive a premier level of service and that operational risk is minimized through a process of continuous improvement.
Pam has a Master of Science degree in Medical Genetics with Immunology from Brunel University.
Richard Ball | Research Analyst
Richard recently joined GOAL and has over 35 years experience in global custody within settlements, corporate actions, dividends and withholding tax.
Over the last 20 years Richard has specialised in all facets of withholding tax at both client and corporate level . This extensive knowledge facilitates ensures our clients at kept at the forefront of any new or potential legislative changes that impact their business.
Andreas Costi | Research Analyst
Andy has 15 years experience within the banking and finance working with major custodians covering varied areas such as corporate actions and global withholding tax.
Andy joined GOAL in February 2007 bringing 7 years of class actions expertise to the team which has proved invaluable as we expand our service offering and client base.
