Kris joined Goal in 2021 with over 20 years’ experience in financial services starting his career at one of the largest custodians in the world. Beginning in global operations, specifically in withholding tax reclamation including global documentation; he eventually moved into relationship management and worked with various clients including retirement plans, endowments, and not-for-profit entities. He has since continued his journey at one of the largest mutual funds and recordkeepers, then most recently within the class actions space. At Goal, Kris will work within the Americas sales team to continually drive the business forward.

Caroline has been with Goal team since 2015. Initially working within operations and client services, she has recently been promoted to manager, class actions operations. Prior to joining Goal, she held senior administrative and client service roles within the financial services industry working with wealth, fund and investment managers, pension providers and financial advisors. In her new role, she is an SME within the securities class actions recoveries team and has been heavily involved in the enhancement of our technologies ultimately ensuring that the operations team provide the best and most seamless service to our clients, and the wider chain such as law firms, custodians and claims administrators.

Carol joined Goal in 2012 within our operations team. Shortly assuming a more supervisory role, she has been integral to the development of our core service and enhancement to our applications. In 2017, when operations were centralised in New York, she was promoted to head of operations, EMEA, where she assumes responsibility for our global finance department as well as regional based operational staff. Prior to Goal, Carol was based in London working for a Private Limited Company that provided employee benefit and financial planning consultancy services. Within this role she was able to gain 10+ years’ experience in building strong client relationships and ensuring outstanding service delivery; skills that have been invaluable and further refined at Goal.
